This one we brag about, we think it is the best around. First we peel and grate the carrots, add lots of plump raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar. You get the point. Then we fill and ice it with our house made, real cream cheese icing. To top it all off, we dredge the sides through toasted pecans. One worth fighting for! Available in all sizes.

COCONUT CREAM
Moist yellow cake with a scent of coconut, filled with coconut pastry cream and toasted coconut, then iced with a lightly flavored coconut icing and covered with raw coconut. Tropical! Available in all sizes.
CHOCOLATE CONTRIVANCE
Light and delicious chocolate cake brushed with raspberry liquor, filled with white chocolate ganache then glazed with chocolate ganache. Topped off with a white chocolate Fleur De Lis. Rich and decadant!
